[v6test] Test download server -finished!

Okay, thanks a bunch to everyone who did testing and submitted
traceroutes.
I found a few bottlenecks that I'm working to have resolved, and it
also gave me a good idea of what kind of speeds to prepare for. The
record download speed was over 50mbps by someone in California, which
kinda worries me. :)
This also gave a good test to our infrastructure and monitoring
systems, and everything worked as well as I could have hoped.
The remaining pieces before we launch:
* Finish installing and configuring the cluster of web servers
* Get the rest of the non-X rated content from the producers
* Hunt down the last few pieces of hardware that are still missing
* Test & launch!
