[v6test] Status update

Quick status update:

Almost all of our gear is installed and working - enough to launch  
with full capacity anyway.
All of our bandwidth is up and running and tested. >1gbps v6 traffic  
tests were successful.

The only major thing we're waiting for is the rest of the content now,  
then we can begin testing. Once I've got the dates nailed down, I'll  
let everyone know the launch date!
