[v6test] Test Download Results

First off, I'm new to the list, so thought I'd say hello!

Just as a "me too" response, I was getting 148Kb/sec.  Granted, I only have
1.5M dsl, so this was pretty much the limit of what I could expect,
bandwidth-wise.  Average I get on v4 is around 145.

Not sure if this even matters since I'm small-pickens in the bandwidth
department, but thought I'd contribute numbers none-the-less.
