[v6test] Test Download Results

Whoops.  It was pointed out that wget is backwards and takes the A before 
the AAAA.

Attached is the IPv6 download test.  Definitely a lot slower than v4, but 
still servicable given the extra hops (I don't have IPv6 turned up across 
the SeattleIX yet, and IPv4 appears to be traversing the SIX and not NTT)
